Lobotomy on CRONOGRAF in Chisinau

Documentary film  "Lobotomy" produced by Baltic Film Production in co-production with Free Pro Video Institute (Germany), Bramafilm (Belarus) and Belsat (Poland) and directed by Yury Khashchavatski   has received the Special Prize of the Jury and the Public Sympathy Prize at the International Documentary Film Festival CRONOGRAF in Chisinau, Moldova.


CRONOGRAF has chose its winners !

  The 9th edition of the International Documentary Film Festival CRONOGRAF has closed on May 30 at Odeon cinema with the Gala Awards. In the final competition have participated 28 films from 19 countries for the Main Section, 14 films from 5 countries for cadRO Section, 5 local films in the Local TV Productions Section and 9 films from 8 countries for the Student Documentaries Section.

The Special Prize of the Jury, offered by Kinematique, was handed to the Estonian film Lobotomy, director Yury Khashchavatski, director of photography Valery Byldyk for the “expressivveness of the author and its civic conscience”.



The Public Sympathy Prize for the Main Section was won by the Estonian documentary Lobotomy, directed by Yuri Khashchavatski.

The 9th edition of the International Documentary Film Festival CRONOGRAF took place between 26-30 of May in Chi?inau. CRONOGRAF is organized by OWH Studio starting 2001.

The Motto of the festival is the screen where reality becomes art.
